Shipping Policy

We ship via Canada Post from Winnipeg, Manitoba, Cnaada. You will be asked to select a delivery method during checkout. Shipping costs will apply and will be added at checkout. Shipping cost is determined by (1) the total weight and volume of your order as charged by Canada Post and (2) a small surcharge to cover our shipping supplies.

The system will calculate the shipping cost of your trackable parcel after you checkout, prior to any payment. An email confirmation will be sent to you upon payment and second email confirmation will be sent when your order is packaged. If your select shipping method include tracking, this second email will include a tracking number for you to track the status of your order.

Same Day Shipping

During weekdays (Monday to Friday), most orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Standard Time will be packaged and shipped same day.

During weekends (Saturday, Sunday), most orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard Time will be packaged and shipped same day.

PayPal eCheck

If you choose to use Paypal eCheck, please be aware that there is a 5 to 12 business day delay, during which Paypal is verifying your payment. We cannot process your order until Paypal has cleared the payment, so please expect a 1 to 2 week delay on orders using Paypal eCheck.

Shipping time is determined by your shipping option and shipping destination (delivery times to major urban centres will be quicker). We currently offer the following shipping options:

  • Canada Post $5.25 single disc, ship via letter mail (customer risk, no tracking, no insurance, shipped in a letter mailer)
  • Canada Post Trackable Expedited Parcel (delivery time of 2 to 8 business days)
  • Canada Post Trackable Xpresspost Parcel (delivery time of 2 to 4 business days)

These estimated delivery times are based off of orders within Canada. For international customers, please allow extra time for your package to clear customs.

Tracking for International Shipments

Packages sent via the "Canada Post Xpresspost International" shipment method are trackable via Canada Post as well as your local postal service.

Packages sent with the "Canada Small Packet International Surface / Air" shipment method are only trackable via your local postal service and are not tracked by Canada Post. For example, the following postal service websites would be used based on a package's destination country:

Within your country's postal service website, when asked to enter the tracking number, please e-mail us to request this information (when your package is shipped via Canada Post, the package number that you receive is from Canada Post's systems and would be unrecognizable to your country's local postal service).
