Stability and resistance to the wind. This is what the Bard was created for and what it accomplishes. The Bard is a stable to overstable midrange disc that feels great in the hand. It has an easy release and a very predictable flight and fade. It stands up really well to headwinds and will hold that straight line even when your hair is blowing straight backwards.

This series of artwork carries the name “Runo”, a name rooted in the structure of the Kalevala. The Kalevala is divided into sections called runos - poetic songs or chapters that form the epic as a whole. The word runo does not simply mean “poem”; it refers to the distinctive poetic form and rhythm that shape the foundation of the Kalevala tradition.

Art: A bard from Finnish national epic Kalevala. The picture was drawn by Arto Hoffrén year 2013. Check out the Kalevala in English language here. Bard in Finnish language is Laulaja.
